What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software, SDKs, APIs, and HALs for autonomous driving capabilities.
- Integrate critical AV functions including inference, navigation, control, and localization.
- Develop across Linux and QNX-based systems to minimize platform-specific customisation.
- Debug and optimize software and system performance for reliability and scalability across fleets.
- Collaborate with hardware vendors and cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and automotive quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in embedded software development, preferably in automotive, autonomous driving, or robotics.
- Proficiency in C++ for high-performance systems.
- Hands-on experience with embedded operating systems such as Linux and QNX.
- Strong understanding of middleware architectures and IPC mechanisms.
- Experience with profiling and tracing tools to diagnose latency and bottlenecks.
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA Drive Orin, Qualcomm automotive platforms, or similar embedded computing.
- Knowledge of sensor technologies (LiDAR, RADAR, cameras).
- Experience with inference, localization, control algorithms, or odometry.
- Understanding of automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, or MISRA.
