What you will do

• Support client implementation and change management services, ensuring all procedural steps and documentation are logged and completed.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new clients by managing documentation between legal, compliance, operations, and third-party providers.
• Assist in converting onboarding workflows to PEGA to align with global workstreams.
• Enhance client order management systems and ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage Salesforce processes and workflows to maintain a risk-controlled environment within the governance framework.
• Assist in project management and documentation for changes to client portfolios and agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate effectively within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to growth and change in a dynamic team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management client service.
• Knowledge of transition planning, custodian relationships, transfer agents, and record keepers.
