Client Implementation Analyst, L&G; - Asset Management, America

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 yearly, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support client implementations, transitions, change management, documentation, approvals, tracking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and information across clients, Legal and Compliance, Operations, and third-party providers.
• Support the conversion of onboarding workflows to PEGA and enhance client order management processes.
• Maintain Salesforce processes and workflows in line with regulatory requirements.
• Design and document onboarding and cash-flow controls within a risk-controlled governance framework.
• Support project management and documentation for changes to client portfolios and agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and some experience with project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure delivery environment.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt within a growing and changing team.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management client service.
• Knowledge of transition planning, custodian relationships, transfer agents, and record keepers.
