What you will do

• Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for hirify.global's Talent solutions.
• Advise HR leaders on performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics.
• Analyze customer needs to translate business objectives into scalable HR processes and platform configurations.
• Guide customers in adopting data-driven decision-making and AI-driven talent management solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Manage a project portfolio and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, HR technology, or customer advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, engagement, and people analytics.
• Experience implementing or working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Native or near-native Italian and professional English.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in high-growth environments.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
