What you will do

• Ensure stable operation of business-critical mobile applications and backend systems.
• Manage application releases and deployments via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Monitor performance, availability, and transaction processes.
• Handle incidents and coordinate proactive problem resolution.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and backend platform operations.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to define operational processes for new digital services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Application Operations, Production Support, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience supporting mobile applications on iOS or Android.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in production.
• Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently during critical incidents.
