What you will do

• Design and maintain automated pipelines for building and distributing secure public cloud images.
• Develop core image capabilities including security hardening and infrastructure provisioning.
• Automate lifecycle management of cloud artifacts using Packer, Python, and Go.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers on best practices.
• Influence platform definition and technical architecture for image delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure image consistency and compatibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary as this role is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
• Strong background in public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in immutable infrastructure and VM image management using Packer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or Go for automation.
• Solid experience with Linux environments and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker.
