What you will do

• Lead M&A, partnerships, and external growth initiatives from inception to execution.
• Develop business cases and conduct financial modeling, including valuation and impact analyses.
• Co-manage the due diligence process by coordinating internal and external resources.
• Participate in negotiations and review transaction-related legal documentation.
• Prepare presentation materials for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Support internal corporate finance projects such as impairment tests and restructuring.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, or strategic consulting.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Graduate degree from a leading business or engineering school.
• Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Paris.
