Location: Remote (Germany-wide) or onsite in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich. Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for energy market access, flexibility marketing, and procurement.
• Execute hands-on by writing specifications, running discovery sprints, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Collaborate with Energy Operations and engineering to align product decisions with market reality.
• Navigate German energy market regulations (MaKo, grid fee structures, metering) to create actionable requirements.
• Ensure alignment between the Utility Platform and the consumer-facing Heartbeat App.
• Establish KPIs for procurement accuracy, market participation, and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in energy, utilities, or regulated platforms.
• Proven track record of shipping complex features end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, or energy retail operations.
• Experience driving product builds within highly regulated environments.
• Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with energy trading, balancing markets, or TSO/DSO interaction.
• Knowledge of EnWG, MaKo, REMIT, or MsbG frameworks.
• Familiarity with IoT data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building 0→1 products in regulated industries.
• German language proficiency.
