What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship holder for hirify.global's Belgian investors, managing both existing and new bondholders.
• Proactively expand the investor base by leveraging personal networks including family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
• Convert prospects into committed, repeat investors to meet ambitious fundraising targets.
• Provide ground-level market intelligence from the Belgian financial community to inform marketing and product decisions.
• Represent the company at relevant investor events and financial gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client-facing financial services.
• Extensive, high-quality network across the Belgian investor landscape.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments and supporting funding rounds.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is required; English is required.
• Must be embedded in the Belgian market to effectively manage local relationships.
