What you will do

• Act as a senior Finance Business Partner to operational leadership, providing strategic insight on profitability and risk.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning for all Belgian operations.
• Drive performance management and value creation initiatives, including cost optimization and CAPEX governance.
• Sponsor high-impact finance and transformation projects with potential Group exposure.
• Ensure robust financial governance, reporting quality, and internal controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 10+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
• Proven track record as a strategic business partner influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience in people leadership and working within a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in SAP (required) and Power BI.
• Fluent English required; French and/or Dutch are strong assets.
