Location: Hybrid (3 office days / 2 remote days), based in Antwerp, Belgium

What you will do

• Process incoming invoices and match them with purchase orders according to defined procedures.
• Manage invoice approvals, coordinate supplier payments, and maintain professional supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and coding errors.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations and detailed financial reports.
• Manage Cash-In-Transit activities and ensure strict compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Education in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Solid accounting background and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
• Must be able to work from the Antwerp office as part of a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
