What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting process of individual audits within the Risk and Finance domains.
• Conduct walkthroughs, meetings, and data analytics to increase audit coverage and ensure high-quality control testing results.
• Interact with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and agree upon identified issues resulting from fieldwork.
• Supervise and coach team members on the job to ensure professional growth and quality deliverables.
• Document fieldwork results and write clear audit reports according to CAS report writing standards.
• Perform assessments of submitted issues for closures and stay current with internal auditing trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant banking or audit experience with a sound understanding of risk and control environments.
• Proven expertise in financial risk (Credit, Market, Liquidity, Interest rate) or other risk domains (Non-financial, Compliance, HR).
• Master's degree and proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Mandatory audit certification (CIA, CISA, etc.) required within 18 months.
• Strong analytical mindset characterized by independence and professional skepticism.
• Ability to challenge existing patterns and sustain a point of view in an argumentative and assertive manner.
