Senior ERP Project Manager

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle including business process mapping, configuration, data migration, and go-live deployment.
• Manage project budgets, forecast expenditures, and oversee vendor invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related communication and status updates to steering committees.
• Partner with HR and department heads to drive user adoption and oversee training programs.
• Manage relationships, SLAs, and deliverables of third-party ERP consultants and software vendors.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of core ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Solid grasp of data migration methodologies and system integration strategies.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and customization.
