Location: Onsite in McLean, Virginia. Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret (TS) clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) or the ability to obtain one.

What you will do

• Design and develop custom software tools and techniques for the Android platform.
• Own the full development lifecycle from requirements and design to testing and sustainment.
• Diagnose and debug issues using COTS/GOTS tools and internal frameworks.
• Apply networking concepts and protocols to tool development.
• Produce operational and maintenance documentation for delivered software.
• Mentor junior developers and solve time-sensitive, real-world cyber problems.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret (TS) clearance, Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) or ability to obtain one.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C, including UNIX application building with makefiles.
• Experience developing CNO tools and techniques.
• Strong socket programming and packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols.
• Expertise in reverse engineering native binaries and tracing execution with debuggers such as WinDbg, gdb, or IDA Pro.

Nice to have

• Native mobile development experience (Android native/NDK).
• Vulnerability analysis experience and familiarity with ARM assembly.
• Knowledge of mobile security protections like SELinux and application sandboxing.
• Experience with Objective-C, Swift, or C++.
