What you will do

• Own the NetSuite product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog to align with Finance Team strategic goals.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement by managing system configurations, workflows, roles, permissions, and custom records.
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance pipeline, including system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure system documentation complies with strict defense sector security standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for system issues and partner with developers or vendors to resolve technical hurdles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with NetSuite is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, custom fields, workflows, and dashboard creation.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and core business processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business objectives.
• Ability to work onsite in Kyiv.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Lead Consultant within an ERP environment.
• Additional ERP platform experience.
