What you will do

• Lead design workshops and define the long-term vision for finance systems in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Optimize NetSuite configurations and automate workflows to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and sandbox environments, coordinating releases to production.
• Oversee master data management and design technical integrations between NetSuite and other internal systems.
• Ensure system configurations maintain SOX compliance and provide necessary documentation for audits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Deep understanding of operational accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, intercompany, and close.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, roles, saved searches, dashboards, and custom fields.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and segregation of duties (SoD) within ERP systems.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments and high-growth, multi-entity organizations.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London/EMEA.
