What you will do

• Manage the FDM and Resin printer fleet, including slicing, starting jobs, and routine maintenance.
• Operate large-scale SLS printers, managing the PA11 powder cycle and post-processing parts for high-strength applications.
• Produce one-off parts, fixtures, and components for UAVs and test stands using CNC portal machines, laser cutters, and manual lathes.
• Support the assembly of complex sub-systems, such as radio link towers or launcher interfaces.
• Efficiently manage the queue of rapid prototyping tasks and provide realistic delivery timelines to the engineering team.
• Maintain workshop functionality by organizing tools and ensuring raw materials are ready.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Modellbauer, Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, or similar technical field.
• Proven experience in a workshop environment combining additive manufacturing and traditional machining.
• Deep expertise in FDM 3D printing; experience with Resin and SLS is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and manual workshop tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work independently from request to finished part.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with laser cutters.
• Ability to use CAD/CAM software, specifically CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, to prepare jobs.
