Senior Designer - Maternity Cover (Branding)

TL;DR

Senior Designer (Branding): Developing design strategies and creative solutions for medium to large-sized brand projects with an accent on conceptual exploration, visual identity, and integrated solutions. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Lead conceptual exploration, including ideation, sketching, and research for medium to large projects.
• Develop integrated design solutions across various channels that support the brand strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish innovative design directions.
• Guide and support junior team members to elevate creative output.
• Utilize AI tools to maximize knowledge, inspiration, and production efficiencies.
• Ensure project design continuity across all focus areas in coordination with production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar designer role within a brand or design agency.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate bold ideas into high-quality design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro.
• Experience in motion graphics and digital design for impactful, cross-platform visual content.
• Ability to communicate design strategies and tell compelling stories.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London (approximately 4 days/week in office).
