What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of midweight and junior designers to deliver high-quality creative.
- Deliver integrated campaigns from concept through to final execution across digital, print, and motion.
- Present creative concepts and campaign work to the Head of Design and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital assets for social media, email, websites, and events.
- Champion innovation by integrating AI tools and emerging design platforms into the workflow.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and strategic commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a track record of leading and developing creative teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful multi-platform campaign delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Skilled in Figma, Miro, and PowerPoint for design and delivery workflows.
- Must be based in London to support a hybrid working pattern.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, social, youth culture, lifestyle, or entertainment platforms.
- Motion design skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Practical experience using AI creative tools and emerging design technologies.
