What you will do

  • Partner with advertisers and agencies to define business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Develop performance strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with Ad hirify.globaltions to ensure successful campaign launches and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot performance, tracking, and attribution challenges across internal teams.
  • Advocate for client needs to influence product enhancements and hirify.globaltional improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Solutions, Technical Account Management, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising, programmatic, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience working with DSPs, ad platforms, or mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the Americas to support regional business growth.
