What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market, competitor, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Manage product lifecycles to optimize revenue, pricing, costs, and overall profitability.
• Define product value propositions and refine customer segmentation and positioning.
• Lead go-to-market strategies, RFQ processes, and project support across the product lifecycle.
• Drive P&L reviews and cost optimization while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with market needs in collaboration with engineering.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management with strong customer relationship expertise.
• Proven leadership and people management skills in cross-functional environments.
• Strong performance mindset with accountability for P&L and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of automotive tools such as PPAP and APQP.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
