What you will do

• Lead collaboration with engineering teams on integration patterns, technical architecture, and feature implementation.
• Design and deliver production-grade code for data processing pipelines and agentic AI frameworks.
• Architect and maintain SOAR API integrations connecting security platforms, SIEM systems, and third-party services.
• Implement advanced services for log processing, security event orchestration, and data health monitoring.
• Drive the overall data health strategy and proactively resolve platform-wide gaps.
• Provide technical mentorship to architects to elevate delivery quality and team-wide standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Log Management or SIEM solutions (e.g., LogScale/Humio, Splunk, Elastic, SumoLogic).
• Expert-level programming skills in Python or Go.
• Proven track record of designing and owning large-scale data pipelines and dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align engineering and product stakeholders.
• Experience in software development, DevOps, or SRE with a focus on security or observability platforms.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
