What you will do

• Provide embedded software development and support for current and new airborne receivers.
• Lead the maintenance of legacy code and the development of new software features.
• Manage the full software lifecycle: requirements definition, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Program Management and customer representatives.
• Conduct software testing at various government and non-government offsite facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience in embedded software development for complex organizations.
• Proficiency with Embedded Linux.
• Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) concepts (A/D, D/A, filters) and test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• U.S. nationality and eligibility to obtain a US Government security clearance are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Development experience with C# or Matlab.
• Knowledge of RF and Cryptography.
• Experience with IP networking.
• FPGA development skills using VHDL or Verilog.
