What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for the development of real-time embedded software applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on architecture, requirements, and implementation.
- Assess customer needs and evaluate technical solutions for complex problems.
- Identify and mitigate program-level technical risks.
- Function as a subject matter expert in embedded system development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering required.
- 10-15 years of experience (or 7-10 years with a Master’s degree) in embedded software development.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Strong expertise in real-time OS coding, IP protocols, and hardware interfaces.
- Proficiency with in-circuit emulators, JTAG debuggers, and laboratory test equipment.
