What you will do

• Architect and design advanced electronics for drones and aerospace platforms.
• Design complex multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer in coordination with mechanical and embedded software teams.
• Derive detailed hardware requirements from high-level system specifications.
• Verify designs through internal prototyping and system-level test campaigns.
• Lead the hardware lifecycle from initial concept through to mass production.
• Support field engineers with hardware maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hardware/electronic design experience.
• Expertise in multilayer PCB, high-speed digital, and mixed-signal design.
• Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other safety-critical industries.
• Ability to independently lead hardware development from concept to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with Safety Integrity Levels (DIN EN 61508 / 61511, ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
• Experience in designing for EMI/EMC compliance at the PCB and system level.
• German language skills for communication with customers and procurement.
