Salary: $1100 CAD/mo (Weeks 1-12), $1500 CAD/mo (Week 13+)

What you will do

• Develop and manage high-performance front-end experiences using Next.js and React.
• Build and optimize back-end systems and APIs using Node.js.
• Manage headless ecommerce functionality via Medusa or similar platforms, including checkout and inventory logic.
• Support and customize CMS environments such as Sanity or Strapi for dynamic content.
• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and implement technical SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Ecommerce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Proven experience with headless commerce platforms (e.g., Medusa) and CMS (e.g., Sanity, Strapi).
• Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows, including order management and product catalogs.
• Expertise in responsive design, mobile-first development, and UI/UX standards.
• Availability to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
