Location: Hybrid (In-person Team Collaboration) in Regina, Canada
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 Annual

What you will do
- Own the technical vision and architecture of the Hub product, balancing delivery with long-term platform health.
- Design, build, and maintain complex web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Make and communicate key decisions regarding frontend architecture, tooling, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams on API design and integration strategies.
- Provide high-quality code reviews and contribute to shared web standards.
- Actively leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve engineering effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
- Strong experience with React (functional components and hooks).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Node.js (e.g., Express).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend–backend integration.
- Proven ability to design and own large, long-lived codebases.
Nice to have
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures (e.g., single-SPA, Webpack Module Federation).
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Experience with automated testing strategies for frontend applications.
- Familiarity with Azure and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience building software in regulated environments.
