TL;DR

Focus on designing scalable architecture connecting CRM, commerce, and fan engagement platforms to enable global marketing activation.

Location: Hybrid in London (Minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of fan data infrastructure and operational architecture to support modern direct-to-fan marketing.
  • Oversee critical integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Shopify, Snowflake, and wider customer intelligence tools.
  • Define and maintain fan data schemas, tracking frameworks, and audience infrastructure to ensure data reliability.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, privacy, and consent handling across the marketing ecosystem.
  • Manage Audience Integration and Fan Engagement functions, overseeing the technical delivery of CRM and fan data activation.
  • Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution to ensure high-quality data access at global scale.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM infrastructure, or data operations within complex consumer ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HighTouch, Shopify, or Snowflake.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, and data schema management.
  • Proven experience leading operationally-focused teams in cross-functional organizations.
  • Deep understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and audience synchronization architecture.
  • Expertise in data governance and privacy considerations within first-party marketing ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.
