• Execute and monitor assigned work packages for employer branding initiatives and digital campaigns.
• Conduct deep-dive research into competitive insights and industry benchmarks to inform strategy.
• Analyze local labor market trends to support site positioning.
• Improve CRM, analytics, and automation processes to identify operational efficiencies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements

• Completed education in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable experience in data analytics and digital tools.
• Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
