What you will do

• Translate product concepts into defined products, overseeing project management and resolving technical issues.
• Manage and lead 3D printing projects.
• Coordinate development activities and resolve technical bottlenecks during the production process.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure products meet requirements and are delivered to market on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate product (hair) and process improvements for cost and quality optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Over 2 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing plant experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Dongguan, Guangdong.
