What you will do

• Analyze commercial and financial data of acquisition targets to evaluate viability.
• Formulate and present assessments regarding the initial fit of potential targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new acquisition opportunities.
• Source software businesses that align with specific acquisition criteria and metrics.
• Support the M&A team with ad hoc tasks essential for closing live deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for information sharing and deal execution.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel with high attention to detail.
• Professional maturity and presence to interact with C-level executives.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
