What you will do

• Manage a team of Fund Accountants and oversee the delivery of accounting and administration services.
• Prepare and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, custody servicing, and investor reporting.
• Approve fee schedules, management fees, and carried interest calculations in accordance with fund documents.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery and audit completion.
• Review and process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Drive process improvements, technological enhancements, and participate in system initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree in finance or accounting.
• Demonstrable experience in the fund administration industry with staff management responsibilities.
• In-depth understanding of private equity fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
