What you will do

• Lead team rituals (e.g., Scrum), manage the work backlog, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee professional growth, performance reviews, and skill development for team members.
• Act as the central interface between the team and stakeholders in Software Engineering, InfoSec, Simulation, and Production.
• Take full ownership of the core tech stack, including GCP, GitLab, Bitbucket, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Manage audit controls and compliance requirements pertinent to infrastructure and security.
• Synthesize technical challenges into clear recommendations and roadmaps for executive management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps, including leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud environments (GCP), automation, and secure delivery.
• Proven ability to run team rituals, manage backlogs, and align delivery with strategic goals.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to security.
