What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of AI artists and compositors, providing daily creative and technical direction.
• Oversee the integration of AI-generated assets into VFX, advertising, and audiovisual content pipelines.
• Collaborate with pipeline and technical teams to implement and refine Generative AI workflows within existing infrastructure.
• Apply advanced compositing skills using Nuke and ComfyUI to seamlessly integrate AI elements into live-action and CG footage.
• Evaluate new Generative AI tools and models, supporting fine-tuning, LoRA training, and dataset creation.
• Contribute to internal R&D initiatives and knowledge-sharing practices within the AI and VFX teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in VFX compositing, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Nuke, including complex node-based workflows and CG integration.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (Image-to-Image, Video-to-Video) and ComfyUI.
• Practical experience with AI fine-tuning, LoRA training, and prompt engineering in a production context.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
• Familiarity with Python scripting or automation development for pipelines.
• Knowledge of image enhancement and upscaling technologies.
