What you will do

• Draft and negotiate IP and IT agreements, including creative services and licensing.
• Provide legal advice on copyright, marketing, and software compliance.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel in the US, UK, and Canada.
• Support the Group Legal Department and internal business units in daily operations.
• Improve standard form agreements and legal processes within the group.
• Monitor legal trends and developments within the video game industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IP and IT, preferably in an international law firm.
• Polish Bar membership (legal advisor or advocate).
• Expertise in civil, copyright, and IT-related laws.
• Experience negotiating and managing the full contract process independently.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1).
• Experience in the video game industry is a strong advantage.
