What you will do
- Deliver technical presentations and hands-on demonstrations of ExtraHop technologies to internal teams and clients.
- Develop technical sales tools, sizing guidelines, and integration guides.
- Define solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignments for partner technologies.
- Conduct client workshops to maximize technology adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards.
- Maintain expert-level technical certifications and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with assigned partner technologies.
- Must be based in the continental United States.
- Expert-level certification in at least one assigned partner technology.
- Proven track record in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings and partner events.
- Strong communication skills for large-audience engagements and translating technical concepts into business value.
Nice to have
- Advanced Cisco credentials (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA).
- Security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CEH.
- AWS/Azure cloud certifications.
- Vendor-specific credentials from Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, or VMware.
- Network+ or Security+ certifications.
