What you will do

• Deliver technical presentations and hands-on demonstrations of ExtraHop technologies to internal teams and clients.
• Develop technical sales tools, sizing guidelines, and integration guides.
• Define solution architectures, product matrices, and roadmap alignments for partner technologies.
• Conduct client workshops to maximize technology adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with best practices and deployment standards.
• Maintain expert-level technical certifications and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with assigned partner technologies.
• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Expert-level certification in at least one assigned partner technology.
• Proven track record in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings and partner events.
• Strong communication skills for large-audience engagements and translating technical concepts into business value.

Nice to have

• Advanced Cisco credentials (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CEH.
• AWS/Azure cloud certifications.
• Vendor-specific credentials from Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, or VMware.
