What you will do

• Lead collaboration between internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer product issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Monitor customer quality and improve integration and field performance.
• Conduct First Article Inspections and prepare detailed quality reports.
• Host onsite customer audits and visits to ensure a positive experience.
• Support the qualification and launch of new products for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer support and addressing client needs.
• Familiarity with HDD (Hard Disk Drive) manufacturing processes.
• Strong skills in data analysis to drive quality improvements.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Korat, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese.
• 8D or 6-Sigma certification.
