What you will do

• Create and refine GitLab CI/CD pipelines for cross-compiled and embedded builds.
• Facilitate automated build-test-deploy processes across edge hardware and GCP.
• Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure and traceable software delivery for edge computing.
• Oversee artifact lifecycles and multi-architecture containerisation strategies.
• Collaborate with firmware and electronics teams to integrate autopilot hardware and sensors.
• Manage secure links between on-premises infrastructure and GCP using Zero Trust principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional background.
• 2-5 years of experience in EdgeOps, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Linux expertise including experience with ARM64 cross-compilation.
• Expertise in Git and Git Flow.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP services like GCE, Cloud Build, and Artifact Registry.
• Hands-on knowledge of embedded hardware such as NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
• Experience with MCU firmware integration.
