What you will do
- Create and refine GitLab CI/CD pipelines for cross-compiled and embedded builds.
- Facilitate automated build-test-deploy processes across edge hardware and GCP.
- Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure and traceable software delivery for edge computing.
- Oversee artifact lifecycles and multi-architecture containerisation strategies.
- Collaborate with firmware and electronics teams to integrate autopilot hardware and sensors.
- Manage secure links between on-premises infrastructure and GCP using Zero Trust principles.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional background.
- 2-5 years of experience in EdgeOps, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
- Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Linux expertise including experience with ARM64 cross-compilation.
- Expertise in Git and Git Flow.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP services like GCE, Cloud Build, and Artifact Registry.
- Hands-on knowledge of embedded hardware such as NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
- Experience with MCU firmware integration.
