What you will do

• Participate in the delivery and deployment of clinical software solutions to healthcare customers.
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Automate infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable product delivery.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to document and present complex technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues with an end-to-end approach.

• Proven experience working directly with customers in a support or consultancy capacity.
