What you will do

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on CNG compressors to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tuning, as well as complex repairs on CNG fuel systems.
• Install and maintain CNG fuel systems, storage tanks, regulators, pressure gauges, and related components.
• Execute emissions tests to ensure compliance with local and federal standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, parts used, and test results.
• Recommend and implement upgrades or retrofits to enhance system performance, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal education or technical training in automotive mechanics or a related field.
• Must be based local to Pawnee, TX for the required 8 on / 6 off rotation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts regularly.
• Experience performing alignments and using diagnostic equipment to interpret codes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of CNG fuel systems and vehicle electronics.

• Specialized training in CNG systems and technologies.
• Experience in automotive repair shops, gas stations, or fleet maintenance facilities.
