Maintenance Technician (Energy/HVAC)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and pneumatic tools based on manuals and engineering specifications.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot plant equipment including piping systems, valves, traps, pumps, and boilers.
• Dismantle devices to remove and replace defective parts using hoists and cranes.
• Identify and correct unsafe work environments to maintain strict company safety policies.
• Ensure the continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through regular inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in steam or equipment operations and maintenance.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of boiler and chilled water plant operations.
• Must be based in Tulsa, OK and able to obtain a City of Tulsa Stationary Engineer license within one year.
• Ability to work at heights up to 75 feet, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Nice to have

• State of Oklahoma High Pressure Boiler License.
• Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• Experience with water chemistry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Maximo or other CMS systems.
