What you will do

• Drive the development and execution of the product strategy for Biometric Authentication products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch new products.
• Create detailed product specifications and user stories throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

• Experience in Financial Services.
