What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot within AWS environments.
- Collaborate with frontend teams utilizing Angular and React to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in architecture discussions and own technical documentation and system roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive solutions through root cause analysis.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
- Practical experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, or Aurora.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
- Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Node.js or Python.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
