What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
  • Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot within AWS environments.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams utilizing Angular and React to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and own technical documentation and system roadmaps.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive solutions through root cause analysis.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
  • Practical experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, or Aurora.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
  • Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Node.js or Python.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
