What you will do

• Design and maintain production-grade backend services and facade APIs to encapsulate business logic.
• Develop cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure, specifically working with Azure Cosmos DB.
• Define and evolve secure and performant REST and GraphQL APIs for internal applications.
• Troubleshoot high-impact production issues and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Mentor other developers through code reviews and contribute to the evolution of engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development expertise with C# and .NET (.NET Core or .NET Framework).
• Proven experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and distributed NoSQL stores (Azure Cosmos DB).
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and designing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products (XM Cloud, XP, SXA).
• Experience with event-driven or distributed architectures.
