What you will do

• Conduct routine troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on designated modalities.
• Perform calibrations, safety checks, and Field Change Orders to ensure system compliance.
• Provide professional technical advice and support to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify equipment upgrade opportunities and provide service consultancy.
• Train customers on the proper use and operation of hirify.global equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service for complex electronic or capital equipment.
• Experience with large medical devices (e.g., linear accelerators, MRI, CT, X-ray) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Willingness to work non-office hours, including standby duty, Saturdays, and holidays.
