What you will do

• Research and develop seasonal denim trends, washes, and finishes aligned with brand DNA.
• Design and deliver commercially relevant denim ranges across various categories.
• Create detailed design packs including CADs, specifications, and wash directions.
• Collaborate with Buying, Technical, and Product teams to ensure quality and margin standards.
• Drive innovation in fabrication, sustainability, and finishing techniques.
• Own fit and silhouette direction to refine and perfect products.

Requirements

• Strong experience in denim design within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Deep understanding of denim washes, fabrications, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in CAD and Adobe design software.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to translate trends into sellable products.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
