What you will do

• Research, develop, and design seasonal ranges for hirify.global DESIGN, identifying key shapes, colors, and fabrics.
• Translate current and future trends from diverse sources into first-to-market pieces.
• Collaborate with the technical team on initial fits and solve design-related technical problems.
• Manage relationships with UK, European, and Far East suppliers, advising on construction, materials, and trims.
• Use data and analytics to trade risks and opportunities to shape department strategy.
• Adhere to the critical path to ensure products are developed for optimum selling periods.

Requirements

• Experience designing for Womenswear and/or Footwear & Accessories departments.
• Previous experience with an aspirational brand or similar High Street Retailer.
• Proven experience working with suppliers in the Far East, Europe, and the UK.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe, CAD, Miro, and AI design tools.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially internationally for supplier meetings and inspiration trips.
• Strong fashion eye and ability to translate inspiration into compelling product.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney or Fermat.
• Proactive nature with the ability to work independently within a framework.
