What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships and act as a primary point of contact for designers and suppliers.
• Monitor product pipeline calendars to ensure all milestones, including SKU builds and photo sample deliveries, are met.
• Proof catalogs, website content, and advertising materials for pricing and specification accuracy.
• Resolve product return claims and client concerns by partnering with vendors and internal support teams.
• Create sales reports for vendor meetings and internal reviews to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct quarterly market and trend analysis to maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Stamford, CT.
• 1+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, or a related role within the retail or home products industry.
• Strong passion for modern design and the home furnishings industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
