What you will do

• Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womenswear and menswear collections.
• Develop seasonal concepts covering silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes.
• Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets.
• Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure fit and quality.
• Conduct trend research and market analysis.
• Collaborate with product development, buying, and other teams to maintain brand alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern high-street or commercial brand.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fits, and product development processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong trend awareness, creativity, commercial mindset, organizational skills, communication, and teamwork.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus. Ability to manage deadlines and seasonal collection timelines.
