What you will do

• Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womens- and menswear collections.
• Design and develop seasonal concepts, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes.
• Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets.
• Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure quality and fit.
• Conduct ongoing trend research and market analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and buying teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a modern high-street or commercial brand.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, fits, and product development processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
