What you will do

• Review privacy initiatives, gather information, and structure them into clear project plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate operational follow-up with teams to ensure tasks progress and report status.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and updates for the Privacy Product Owner and key stakeholders.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple privacy initiatives.
• Assist in defining and reviewing testing approaches to verify privacy requirement implementation.

Requirements

• Mid-Senior level of professional experience.
• Proven ability to structure information and maintain organized project documentation.
• Strong coordination skills to drive operational follow-up across multiple teams.
• Analytical mindset for research and identifying gaps in workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest in a hybrid model.
