What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Open Banking build and change initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and customer-side stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution within a Scrum of Scrums framework.
• Conduct change impact analysis and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Coordinate build-to-run handovers and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Drive continuous product and service optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Fluent or advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Master’s degree in IT, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in international environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Jira, Office, and testing software.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
• High sense of responsibility and quality consciousness.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, Open Banking, or fintech environments.
• Agile or Scrum certifications such as CSPO or PMI-ACP.
